QR menu ordering for hotel restaurants and room service
How a QR menu lets guests order from their phones without an app, with orders going straight to the kitchen.

Hotels and restaurants are turning to digital tools to speed up service. The QR menu system, part of the AerOS hotel concept, moves ordering in restaurants and guest rooms onto the guest's own phone.
Contactless, quick ordering
Guests scan the QR code on the table or in the room to open the menu; no app needs to be installed. Orders go straight to the kitchen or room service, so nothing is lost in communication and waiting times drop.
Clear menus and personalisation
Items are listed with images, descriptions and prices. Guests can choose portion options and add requests, and see special offers and promotions. A guest ordering from the room can be shown the restaurant's specials or current campaigns.
Efficiency for the business
Because orders are collected digitally, the load on waiters and staff falls and the risk of orders being lost or passed on wrongly drops. Orders are reported so business performance can be followed.
Up-to-date menu management
New items, seasonal changes and prices appear on the menu immediately, with no need to reprint menus. Additional languages can be added for international guests. Hotel campaigns and amenities such as the spa, VIP car and airport transfer can also be promoted within the system.
Together with digital screens
Used together with AerOS Digital Signage, menus, events and campaigns on screens in the lobby, restaurant and meeting areas are managed from the same place.
