Depo & Antrepo: warehouse and bonded warehouse software
The bonded warehouse module tracks the entry, put-away (location) and exit of goods arriving at the warehouse, whether they are still under customs control or already cleared. An automatic e-mail is sent to the relevant company for accepted cargo, and documents such as the warehouse entry list, labels, CMR, summary declaration and warehouse release slip are printed instantly. Goods can be released in full at once or partially, a wrongly recorded release can be reversed, and several transfers under one customs declaration are followed on a single screen. Storage fees (ardiye) are calculated automatically from unlimited company- and warehouse-specific prices or from the tonnage of the goods released; invoice components such as storage and handling are set up as parameters and the invoice is created automatically. Users are alerted to goods approaching liquidation, and an automatic e-mail is sent to the customer a set time before the liquidation date. Excel files from YGMS are uploaded to produce EK-83 reports automatically; warehouse guarantees, uninvoiced items and a goods value report for fire insurance are also tracked.

Bonded warehouse management
The bonded warehouse module tracks the entry, put-away (location) and exit of goods arriving at the warehouse, whether they are still under customs control or already cleared. An automatic e-mail is sent to the relevant company for accepted cargo, and documents such as the warehouse entry list, labels, CMR, summary declaration and warehouse release slip are printed instantly. Goods can be released in full at once or partially, a wrongly recorded release can be reversed, and several transfers under one customs declaration are followed on a single screen.
Vehicles, weighbridge and mobile field work
For vehicles arriving at the bonded warehouse, the date and time of each step — joining the queue, entering the site, entering and leaving the weighbridge, docking at the ramp and leaving the site — are recorded and reported as KPI measurements. Thanks to direct weighbridge integration, the weight of vehicles entering and leaving the weighbridge is captured automatically. Mobile screens provide vehicle plate entry, storage fee calculation, container monitoring, storage location lookup, weighing lookup, warehouse service requests, stock reports and entry-exit reports. On request, entries and exits can be recorded through an integrated barcode system, and commissions paid to carriers and customs brokers are also calculated.
Warehouse management (non-bonded)
In general (non-bonded) warehouse management, any number of warehouses can be defined so that the stock of independent sections is tracked separately. Customers' products and stock codes can be imported in bulk from Excel per customer; product groups, a base unit and conversion units (Unit, Unit 2, Unit 3) are defined. Goods registered on the product entry screen are received with a handheld terminal and put away to a location; short-received items appear in red on the main screen, and every product's movements are visible in its product statement. A customer's shipping instruction is opened as an order manually or from an Excel file; the items in an approved order are reserved and cannot be taken out by another order. Picking is done with the handheld terminal, the delivery note is printed once the order is closed, and stock reports are available per product and per shelf.
Customs, finance and integrations
On the bonded warehouse side there is online integration for YGM and a YGM management screen; with the customs integration module added in 2017, entries and exits can be reported to the Container and Port Tracking System. The Central Bank's daily exchange rates are imported into the program over the internet. The Financial Management System covers pre-accounting and general ledger; invoices can be issued in any currency, reported after conversion into four currencies and transferred to accounting. The Bank Integration module added in 2021 imports transactions from the banks you work with, and e-Ledger (e-Defter) integration is run from the Boran Finance application. Daily cash, cheque transactions, bank movements and daily turnover screens are also part of finance.
Online tracking, web portal and CRM
BoranWise's web side is designed to let customers see their own data. With Web Cargo Tracking, shipment status can be checked online; with Online Load Tracking, introduced in 2024, load status, appointments and reports, and with Online Stock Tracking, introduced in 2025, stock in the warehouse can be followed 24/7. These are cloud-based services that work with the existing BoranWise installation and need no extra software; each customer signs in with its own username and password. The warehouse web interface has three permission levels — Admin, Salesperson and Customer — and lists can be exported to Excel or PDF. Sales and marketing run on the Logistics Marketing/Sales (CRM) and Mobile CRM modules, and customers, carriers, agents and customs brokers with no activity for a set period can be listed.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between bonded and free warehouse management?
A bonded warehouse holds goods whose customs formalities are not complete, so stock is kept with declarations, storage charges, liquidation and the EK-83 report. A free warehouse stores the customer’s stock, tracked by product code, location and order reservation. The software has a separate module for each.
Is the EK-83 bonded warehouse stock report generated automatically?
Yes. Excel files from YGMS are uploaded at entry and exit, and EK-83 reports are produced automatically.
How are storage and handling charges calculated?
Storage is calculated automatically from special prices defined per company and warehouse, or by the tonnage released; invoice components such as storage and handling are parametric and the invoice is created automatically.
Are handheld terminals and weighbridges supported?
Yes. Receiving, put-away and dispatch are done with handheld terminals, and direct weighbridge integration records vehicle entry and exit weights automatically.
Can customers see their stock online?
Yes. With the Online Stock Tracking service customers monitor their stock 24/7; the warehouse web interface has three permission levels: Admin, Sales and Customer.
